You'll gain access to the member area (where all your tools and resources are) and the private, dedicated Facebook group.
What if I'm not on Facebook?
You can still participate in all the core features of the program. You''ll have access to a member area where all the resources will be stored and available to you. What you'll miss is the interaction among program participants that will happen in the Facebook group, so I highly recommend that you join.
How much time will this require?
That's up to you. Of course, you'll get more out of it if you put more into it, but that doesn't necessarily mean time. The more focus you can have on your goal(s) during the program, the faster you will move toward completion. But, you determine the pace, which enables you to accommodate your other priorities and make adjustments according to your schedule and energy.
Have you REALLY never had coffee?
It's true! My father had multiple cups every day so I was around coffee quite a bit when I was young but never had any interest in drinking it. No one in my house drinks coffee, but we do have a coffee maker for guests. While I don't drink coffee, I do love coffee shops!
